If you contact us using the contact form on our website, the data you enter into the contact form including your contact data will be saved for processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Newsletter
If you wish to receive the newsletter offered on this website, we require your first name, surname and your e-mail address as well as information which allows us to check that the stated e-mail address is indeed yours and you agree to receive the newsletter. We collect no further data. This data is exclusively used for sending the ATS newsletter. It is not passed on to third parties.
You can revoke your permission for saving your data, your e-mail address and using these to send you our newsletter at any time, for example by using the link for signing out provided in the newsletter itself.

Support
On our website you can access a separate login area. This login area is only accessible if you have a valid software maintenance agreement.  In case you forget your user name or password for the login, you can enter you contact information (e-mail address) and request that we send you your user information again. The data that is accumulated during the usage of the login area is collected, saved and processed by us in order to be used for combating misuse, eliminating malfunctions and preserving the functionality. It is not used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. The data collected while requesting a forgotten user name and password is only used for sending the login details.

YouTube
Our website uses plugins from the Google-operated website YouTube. The provider of this website is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit one of our sites with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube server is established and YouTube is notified which websites you are currently visiting.
If you meanwhile are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can add this information directly to your personal profile.
You can prevent this by logging out.

SSL encryption

Purpose and legal basis for the processing of data
Insofar as personal data for e-mail marketing is collected on our website, disclosing this information is voluntary. ATS Elektronik GmbH has no intention of passing on your personal data which you voluntarily entered in our form to another country or to an international organisation.

Since our products are of a high quality and long-lasting, your personal data will be saved in our e-mail marketing database until you sign out or request the erasure (see below).

You have, at any time, the right to request which information you have given to us for marketing purposes. We will gladly send you a copy of the information that we have saved concerning you on request. In case of incorrect data, we will readily make corrections.

You can request the erasure of all the marketing data concerning your person at any time. During an erasure, we will remove all your data from our e-mail marketing system.

Objection to procession
A personalized analysis of your data, e.g. if you are interested in our products or if you answer an e-mail, takes place to optimize the relevance of our communication. If we, for example, know that you are not interested in a subject, we will not send you any information on this subject. You also have the right to object to all other processing of your data.

Revocation
